You have to Downgrade Google Play Services and install the clone version of GPS Joystick by AppNinja. Its a 100% working and safe method. No need to root your device.

If any message pops up (GPS Signal Not Found/Failed To Detect Location) in Pokemon Go when the Joystick is running, you've to refresh the Fake GPS App by clicking the refresh button on the top of the Joystick.

As we've disabled Google Play Store, now you can use "APKPure" app store. It also works fine just as play store.

If any App on your phone (YouTube/Gmail) doesn't work with the downgraded Google Play Services, they may ask for Update Gogle Play Services. But don't update. If you update, you'll be no longer able to spoof. So I suggest you to uninstall the current version of YouTube/Gmail and download older versions of them from Google. Then install the older version of them. They'll be working fine.
