► Today, I'll be showing you the new way to get shiny Pokemon in Sword and Shield! Previously, we thought there was a combo system for shiny hunting in Pokemon Sword and Shield - it turns out, that information was incorrect! The official Pokemon website updated, and gave us the exact information you need to know to get Shiny Pokemon in Pokemon Sword and Shield!
- Instead of combing, all you need to do is battle against the Pokemon you want to shiny hunt 500 times. This will give it a 6x chance of being a shiny, reducing the rate from 1/4096 all the way down to 1 in 682 (512 with a shiny charm)!
