How to make a Ninjago Cake

💁‍♀️Created this 2 tier Ninjago cake for my sons 9th birthday. This cake is made of 2 tiers, made of vanilla sponge inside with fresh cream frosting. Check out these below videos for recipes.

📝Sponge Cake Recipe:
For sponge:
-8 Eggs
-2 cups Sugar
-1 cup Oil
-3 cups flour
-2tbsp Baking powder
-1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
Bake it at 180°C in preheated oven for 30 mins
for Cream:
-800g Whipping cream
-2 packets fixing powder
-750g Mascarpone
-200g Icing sugar
